The directions state that they have been coated with a baked enamel finish so do not use an abrasive cleaner when you clean them as it will remove the enamel finish causing the parts to tarnish. *I did receive a sample of this item for evaluation purposes at a discounted or free price but that in no way effects my opinion on the product, all thoughts are 100% my own!"
