Pro: Silent door openings: Even though I still have to put in some real 'baseboard door stops', I kept these installed because they do a good job of making sure the door doesn't slam against the door stop when I open it too fast. There are other hinge-pin door stops that I've tried, and they make the door stop a little harder/better than this one, but they can still damage my drywall too. AND those other hinge-pin door stops usually touch the wooden part of the door itself and cause damage to the door if you push too hard!"
