There's a common issue noted in other reviews where the hose retracts very slowly, especially while there's pressure in the system. I called Legacy (the manufacturer) tech support and they sent me a simple procedure to adjust the spring tension. I would prefer brass or steel hose fittings rather than the aluminum one's, which are cheaper to make, no doubt. I recommend taking ten minutes prior to installing the hose reel, adjust the spring tension, and you'll be a lot happier with the product."
