"You can fold down the plate rack to have more space and remove the 2 utensil holders (which have fine slots on the bottom to drain water). Some water does remain because the hole is sort of small and in the center of the long side of the rack (so water does accumulate along that side and can't drain optimally because there is nothing diverting the residual water), but I don't regret my purchase because it's stylish and functional enough."
