BUT before you stick the foam on the tape, apply 5 dots of hot glue to all 4 sides of each foam plus 1 dot in the center. "I re-drilled all the pilot holes - started with a 1/16 and then moved to 3/32 and finally used a 3/16 to get an acceptable pilot hole so I didn't have to kill myself to screw the panels on. Finally, screwing the table top in was absurd -- the frame's screw holes are completely blocked by the cross-bar - you have to struggle to bend your screwdriver around that and sorta try to screw those in on an angle - and you absolutely cannot use a power driver so my hands almost fell apart after doing all 4 screws."
