"A bonus, when your 3 yr old gets tired from riding, you can strap him next to your 1 yr old & put his bike in the rear cargo area."
"What it's not: Not made of heavy canvas or burlap, not going to last as a hand-me-down for three, five, ten families to use, not good for applications other than pavement, gravel or smooth packed earth. Impressions: The wheels "snap in" to the hub assembly so there's no magic to this; there's no solid axle, no suspension, just two greased necks that slide in, 'lock in' to metal apertures, and that's it. Every time I make a 2-mile loop around the lake in the near-by city park, I get two to four comments/compliments from joggers with kids in strollers, other bikers, etc. Finally, based on the mechanical construction, I would surmise that this one is good for occasional rides for 2-3 families with 2-3 kids. I guess that means, I wouldn't really expect to get any more than 1000 miles out of it, maybe double that if the rides are primarily with smaller kids, over smoother surfaces, and the trailer is stored in a garage."
"If the floor was of a sturdier material (it's basically made of the same material as the sides & top), I would have given it 5 stars!"
"Not only does it hold our child but it has a nice storage section in the back-and so we are able to fit a lot of things with us including a small cooler and a backpack."
"Our kids are too little to ride their own bikes for several miles like we like to do as a family."
"Very easy to maneuver with it and make turns."
"We ride with it down most of the trip and still end up with all sorts of dirt and stones inside the trailer that got kicked up off my back tire."
"The seat is a little awkward, but I think we're figuring out adjusting it to make our daughter more comfortable."

"There you are in the middle of the bike aisle, hands on your hips contemplating prices and weights and tire sizes and scanning barcodes with your smartphone. Get the trailer, slap the wheels on, pump up the tires, fit the adapter plate to your bike, then toss Junior inside with a blanket, some juice, a tablet with hours of movies downloaded on it, and a tupperware bin full of snacks and hit the road. I carry my full-size bike pump, spare tire and tube, my shoes, a change of clothes for Junior, some tools, and sometimes just load it down with rocks because it has a friggin trunk out back for everything you could ever want. After a few rides you'll hear a weird sound coming from the wheels and you'll inspect them and you'll see there's a gap on the axle where it looks like a washer is missing. Sure, it's a barbaric sort of solution you'd expect to find in Soviet Russia, but it works. I ride a road-bike with carbon crap all over it and clipless pedals and I get nods of approval and wonder from fellow cyclists who understand the kind of raw power required to keep up with them on the road. You can ride a mountain bike, a beach cruiser, whatever, but you'll have to buy new pants because your quads will be so massive they won't fit into standard trousers any more."
"I can't say I've experience a lot of bike trailers but here's why this one was perfect for me: 1) My little guy is 3 yrs/old, about 38" tall and 30'ish pounds. I'm a weekend rider and didn't want to drop hundreds of dollars on a trailer I might only use 50 times in my life. It doesn't have a suspension so it's mainly for on-road use (not a big deal since most people won't go offroad with a kid in tow). The only minor downside - which seems to be mentioned in the reviews for most every bike trailer - the kid's head gets pushed a little forward with a helmet on."
"It's so light I hardly realize it's behind me while I'm riding with my twenty pound pooch in it."
"We love our bike trailer!!!"
"Having a special needs child who cannot yet ride a bike, I took a risk, remembering that our old Schwinn trailer (left behind when we moved accidentally) used to fit my son and my friend's older child just fine."
"Daughter and I love going out for bike rides."

"My daughter is 4 years old and 48 inches tall, maybe almost 55-60 pounds. My son is almost 2, 38 inches tall, maybe like 30 pounds now. My daughter did break one of the Velcro straps off the base by standing on it when getting in or out... now I just lift her so she doesn’t have to put all her weight on the bottoms."
"Riding with him in tow (along with a ton of his toys) felt no different than when I ride by myself."
"I bought this after reading a video review I found online...it was being compared against two other brands."
"The bike attachment arm is sturdy, but has enough give that even on the post winter potholes of Chicago, I haven't had it tip. The floor of the trailer has a sturdy plastic liner, which is great for two toddlers bouncing around with muddy park feet. One of the main reasons I bought this trailer was for the max weight limit, which won out over several other brands, but given the dimensions, I don't know if we'll even make it that long since she is already tight for head and leg room. The shoulder straps have annoying pads that fall over the clips every time I go to put them on the girls. So if it's not your long term, primary vehicle, the Allen is a worthwhile investment for family bike riding."
"My favorite feature is the storage area behind the main compartment, which is the perfect size for a picnic lunch, a bike pump, and a couple of supplies."
"They definitely knew to make the exchange date close quickly... Would be nice to recieve a replacement part Amazon LLC so I can change this review to a positive one."
"Love the trailer with one exception, it makes an annoying clicking noise about every second, more when going up hill or accelerating."
