I pulled the portable trainer out and unfolded it, set the bike in and got it adjusted so that it would ride straight on the roller, tightened the mounting cups, adjusted the tension to where I felt comfortable, got on the bike and took off."

Find Best Price at Amazon"Wanted something to help focus me, I feel I'm not very stable on the bike yet, and rollers should do the trick in my opinion. So, after a 30 minute ride, sweat pouring off me, I can say this is definately a workout, takes a lot of focus to keep the bike steady and avoid falling off the rollers, I will admit I fell off once, and have used my elbows a few times to steady myself, but no where near what I'd expected. Update 7/18/12 - Used the rollers all winter, and have definately noticed an improvement in my bike riding this summer. If your a bike rider, sign up for the National Bike Challenge sponsored by Kimberly-Clark at [...]. 12/9/12 - Still using these rollers, still not having any problems with them. I've been getting questions from friends about how do you ride in the house and what happens when you ride off the side, so I've uploaded a short video of me riding off the side of the rollers."
