I decide to continue unpacking the unit while checking for other problems that had been reported relating to a bent frame, warped shelves, questionable welds, detached parts, sharp edges and, especially, feet that won’t screw in. I didn’t even try to screw in the feet (the subject of numerous complaints). Both of my problems could have been caused in shipping, although I’m curious why the feet were not tucked into some nook or cranny, instead of being placed on top of the unit, where it would be subjected to who knows what during shipping. This time the feet arrived unscathed. I have the following suggestions if you should decide to purchase this unit. If the feet pass inspection, see if you are able to screw them into the legs. Now, visually inspect the unit for other reported problems, such as detached parts or sharp edges."

While it is convenient that you can just slip the roll of toilet paper on the dispenser that is open and don't have to mess with any fasteners, the toilet paper roll does tend to slip off as you unroll it for use. My biggest complaint though is that even when completely filled with toilet paper it is too light - it easily falls over either if very gently knocked or if you aren't careful when pulling the toilet paper off the roll."
