"Back to the product, it is light, the styling is very cool in my opinion in the white and green color, you can adjust the angle of the lamp downward, the strap is adjustable enough to fit on a ski helmet, so it should work for climbing helmets too, and the battery hatch seems waterproof but is also easy to open. I wouldn't deliberately submerge it, but the battery door gasket is substantial enough to make me believe it will hold up in the intended operating conditions without issue. Well for me, a 5 star product has to be truly exceptional, and I haven't had it long enough to accurately make that call, but the potential is there if it proves to be extremely reliable. Just to be clear, I haven't hiked or camped with this yet, and I'm not expecting it to turn on my pack and I doubt it will, but a safe guard against it happening is always a nice feature if you plan on relying on this light while backpacking."

"It easily fits in the palm of my hand and only weights about a pound, so it's very easy to use one handed.
