Here's a list of parts that I switched out the stock ones for: Sanwa Joystick (comes w/ octagonal gate) & Buttons (30mm). 4lbs Tension Spring. Oversized Actuator (1mm). Circular Gate. 5-PIn Female Harness For Zero Delay USB Encoder PCB. Ball-top. My only gripes with the F300 is that I have larger than normal hands and my joystick hand at times rest over the side of the top and slips at times during certain engagements. My overall impression of the F300 is limited to a month of hands on experience backed by thousands of hours using quality parts in cabinets."
"I've never used a fightstick before so i'm not sure what high end fightsticks feel like with Sanwa or Seimitsu parts. The size is perfect for me because I am short and I have small hands(its about the same size as a Madcatz Street Fighter 4 SE Fightstick). Pros: Easily modifiable, good size for people with small hands, nice weight, responsive buttons and stick, usable on basically every platform. Cons: You need a 1st party controller plugged in at all times when using on consoles(for Xbox 360, you need a WIRED 360 controller), the buttons and stick might feel very lacking to someone who has used a high end fightstick, might be too small for people with big hands."

I tried some other games as well - the newer ones work great, the older ones (e.g. Harms Way) usually don't - the game only reacts when the wheel is fully turned which is useless. There's not much difference with arcade games where it doesn't matter a lot how much you turn the wheel. But I had a great experience with Dirt 3 where it makes huge difference if you turn the wheel only a little or a lot. With the wheel, I can e.g. maintain a 40% position on the wheel and just slightly change the throttle or the break."

I had read around how this did work with PC's, but I thought it would also have come with a wireless Dongle. Once I got it, I had to pop the batteries out of the other controller and then sync this up with the Dongle I got with the handheld controller. PRO'S. More like steering than controller. It worked great with 100% accuracy and I was reliving my nostalgic days of old when I used to go to the arcade and spend my lunch money from school on this amazing game. My only guess as to how this could have happened would be the built in recoil system that probably knocked it loose or something."
