The biggest plus is that not only can a cat sit up in this carrier, both of our cats fit comfortably in it with plenty of room to move around. We could probably manage to use one carrier for both cats when making short trips, the vet's office for example, but the carrier can get quite heavy and hard to carry with two cats inside."

If your pump is so bad the spinning mechanism does not spin, simply soak the pump in the water and detergent for a couple of hours, then flush well with clean water and try again."
"I have three small/medium sized dogs and a cat, living together, and drinking from the same fountain without complaint. Sounds simple to do, but the inside of this fountain is the exact opposite of the outer design. There are so many little nooks and crannies for debris and bacteria to collect in, and sharp internal corners abound. It is easy enough to break it down into smaller components, But these parts themselves contain sharp internal corners too small for my average-sized hands to reach. after almost four years of continuous 24 hour use, with the exception of regular cleaning and maintenance, my pump has finally died."

"I secured it using 4 supplied screws that went through the existing track on the slider patio. The existing door lock had to be removed so the door would sit flush against the left side of the wall. The lock on the existing door doesn't work with the pet door, so they supply a lock you can install. Then, when you're sure the lock will be good, you can secure the door to the patio door frame."

"When the flea collar arrived we immediately put it around Kyo's neck and it was awkward for him since he never wears collars and he was acting strange but after an hour or so he realized what it was, within 2 hours he stopped itching excessively. We checked his neck every day for the first two weeks just in case he was starting to get an allergic reaction. Too bad my Kyo ended up breaking them lol. Update: the collar stopped working at 5 months."
