"Each of the water flows (overhead, waterfall, body jets, and hand-held sprayer) works great. I wasn't home when the plumber installed it, but I didn't hear of any problems, so I'm assuming there weren't any."
"We only had a few issues with it which are not a dealbreaker: 1) The waterfall feature does not create a ribbon of water, but instead it consolidates into a harsh stream before it reaches you, and is similar to what you would get with a garden hose. The metal that makes up the waterfall bit too started to show surface rust very quickly. 4) The spring within the tempreature knob that allows the saftey catch to work (preventing you from accidentally turning it up too hot) has broken after 3 months."
