Find Best Price at Amazon"#1, one of the studs as pictured in the photo that attaches to the throttle body inlet was bent, and threads were a little weird. I used a heat gun to soften the assembly up a little and massaged it to get it to fit a lot better and close to being correct as it was designed for. Some times they go "Offshore" for a while and then bring the jobs back home when it obviously doesn't work out when the quality goes way down and they start losing customers and their bottom line!!!! And yes I did replace the lower intake manifold gasket with the Magnum premium set & the Dorman Heater hose aluminum fittings , they were perfect.... Goodluck..."

Install a new Dorman intake, which comes with the new gasket as well as all of the various parts you'll need to replace it, and be done with the problem permanently."

Find Best Price at Amazon"I didnt realize that until after I accepted the package from my mail carrier.Upon inspection of the manifold I noticed like many others have noted in their reviews the plenum on the intake was indeed smaller,(more on that later) I also noticed that the BLUE water Jacket gasket, (driver side, rear) was MISSING.I called amazon service dept. While I had the top half torn down I replaced all the spark plugs,boots,springs, dielectric grease all electrical connections etc. Now as other reviewers have stated in their concerns about POWER LOSS with the "updated" intake manifold plenum Being to small. That concern is not lost with me, in fact it is a very VALID POINT.The motor is NOT as "punchy" off the start and DOES NOT pull as hard as it used to when you put your foot in it to her going. I have a full size truck and I want/need that power, The only upside is my fuel economy has increased but im towing, hauling, etc. The plenum IS smaller so be aware that you will lose power but your fuel economy will increase. 4.the self tapping screws suck, but if you are looking for inexpensive fix this is part!"

Both bearings are Koyo branded (the same used by Toyota), the water pump is Aisin (same used by Toyota), the hydraulic tensioner is NTN (same used by Toyota) and the timing belt is Mitsuboshi....you guessed it, same as used by Toyota.
